We’re looking for a talented Administration Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. At Baker Tilly, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.
You will be working on a broad range of administrative duties such as;
- Drafting letters and reports;
- Assisting with the firm’s AML policies and due diligence processes;
- Administration support for senior colleagues with specific reporting deadlines;
- Reception cover;
- Liaising with different suppliers and clients;
- Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the firm and taking on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required depending on the needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven administration experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
