The Opportunity

This role will require an individual who is hard working and proactive and who is capable of demonstrating initiative and good judgement. The successful candidate will be efficient, discreet, have good interpersonal skills and will demonstrate the ability to multi-task. They must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and have strong customer focus.

Your responsibilities

 

Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.  

Broad range of administrative duties such as;

  • Drafting letters and reports;
  • Assisting with the firm’s AML policies and due diligence processes;
  • Administration support for senior colleagues with specific reporting deadlines;
  • Reception cover;
  • Liaising with different suppliers and clients;
  • Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the firm and taking on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required depending on the needs of the business.

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Excellent phone manner, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic
  • An extremely professional manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
