Who we are
At Baker Tilly, we work with a wide variety of clients across multiple industries and really get to grips with the inner workings of a company. This in-depth understanding allows us to offer new ways to help businesses fulfil their commercial potential.
Our culture is one of innovation and growth. We’re hungry to help businesses succeed and recognise that doing so will require creativity, individuality and flair. At Baker Tilly we want to uncover your potential. We nurture teams of talented individuals, enabling them to rise to new challenges.

- Your focus will be utilising your knowledge and skills in order to confidently complete all sections of an audit/assignment, with minimal review, on time, on budget and in accordance with the Firm’s processes.
- At this level, you will have developed strong relationships with your team and clients, and you should be seen as the go-to person. You will take responsibility for your own work as well as the work allocations of the team, ensuring all sections of work are completed to a high standard.

- At this level, we expect you to leverage the wider relationships that you have built and use these to identify opportunities for additional services for your clients. You should proactively discuss this with the Manager/Partner.
- You will also take on responsibility for training and mentoring the trainees in your department, supporting them to understand the requirements of their role and how to be successful.
