Your Impact and Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning Junior, you’ll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects, building lasting connections with colleagues and start off by learning the fundamentals, including:

 

  • Support consultants by anticipating and supplying their and clients' needs, allowing them to focus on client advice delivery.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, colleagues, and CRMs, ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist in managing consultants' diaries to optimise their time.
  • Ensure client communications are accurate and purposeful.
  • Handle the new business process and ongoing client service, coordinating with other teams and product providers.
  • Work closely with technical support to gather accurate information for case preparation.
  • Comply with regulatory, compliance, and company procedures, maintaining an accurate audit trail.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and engage in continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Proactively contribute to continuous improvement, embrace change, and share best practices.
  • Progress personal objectives in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert knowledge, training, and support when needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Studying towards Professional Qualification (PFS Level 3)

What We’re Looking For:

While a background in finance is not required, we do seek individuals with at least 112 UCAS Points (or equivalent). A passion for financial planning and a drive to excel are what truly matter.
