Here, You’ll Go Beyond Numbers

We are looking for a  Internal Communications and Regional PR Manager to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Your work in Communications and PR will go beyond the numbers, it’s about building trusted relationships, understanding their requirements, navigating risks, and delivering insights that support informed decision‑making.

  • In partnership with the Head of Marketing, Head of PR & Communications and Heads of HR, you will develop and continuously evolve a clear internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans and culture.  
  • Be visible and actively grow relationships across the business to stay connected, stay in tune with the culture and build relationships, gathering stories and insights that can be fed into people focused comms and PR in collaboration with EB / HR. 
  • Develop and maintain a clear internal communications calendar.  Ensure timely preparation and planning to maximise engagement and the reach effectiveness of the communications.  
  • Manage the key internal communication channels, working with the marketing team, employer brand team and HR to plan, write and edit compelling, clear and engaging content for the internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters). 
  • Bring new ideas proactively to the able with complement the ‘challenger brand’ nature and ambitions of the business.  
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with our employer brand, tone of voice and organisational values.  
  • Ensure internal messaging complements external employer brand and is tailored for diverse internal audiences. 
  • Drive communications that celebrate our people, showcase success and amplify diverse voices across the firm.  
  • Partner closely with HR, Employer Brand and DIBS to support engagement, inclusion and people-focused initiatives.  
  • Support the delivery of change communications, including major firm initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions and organisational change.  
  • Use data, insight and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness, engagement and channel performance.  
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, targeting and content delivery.  
  • Provide additional support with internal campaigns and projects when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in internal communications and PR, ideally within a professional services or complex, multi-stakeholder environment.  
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering internal communications strategies that drive engagement and alignment.  
  • A people-first mindset, with a strong instinct for identifying and developing human-interest stories. 
  • Experience managing and optimising intranet platforms.  
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and channels.  
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to get messaging right first time — in tone, accuracy and clarity. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels.  
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.  
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.  
  • Comfortable operating at Manager level, or an experienced executive ready to step into a more senior, strategic role. 
  • Experience and interest in using AI and digital tools to improve communications and efficiency.
