During your rotation, you’ll collaborate with different teams on real client projects, develop valuable skills, and build strong connections that will support your growth. You’ll start by developing a solid foundation through hands-on work in each department:
Audit responsibilities:

- Visiting client premises to carry out audit testing, if required.
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements.
ABAS responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements.
- Developing your understanding from source documents through to final financial statements and tax computations.
- Utilising cloud-based accounting software and technology to improve and update clients’ financial systems.
We’re committed to giving you meaningful experience, hands-on training, and the support you need to grow. Throughout the internship, you’ll be paired with dedicated mentors who will guide you, provide feedback, and help you make the most of your time with us.
Recruitment Process
We’ve designed a simple, transparent application process to help you showcase your potential and join our team:
- Submit your online application – tell us about yourself and your achievements.
- Complete online psychometric tests – a chance to demonstrate your skills and thinking style.
- 30-minute virtual interview with a recruiter – get to discuss your motivations and experiences.
- One-hour in-person interview with the team – meet the people you’ll be working with and show your potential in action.
What We’re Looking For
While a background in finance is not required, we are seeking penultimate or final-year university students who are on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in their degree, with a minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) – which may include qualifications such as Scottish Highers (ABBB) or HNC/HND.
