Restructuring and Recovery is a varied and rewarding career that offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and professional advisers. You will help investigate financial information, understand business challenges, review records and support cases involving businesses experiencing financial difficulties. You will develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, learn to interpret financial information and contribute to finding practical solutions. You will also communicate with different people, gather information and collaborate with colleagues to support each case. You’ll need to be curious, adaptable and organised, with a willingness to learn and the confidence to work in a changing environment where every case brings different challenges. If you enjoy understanding how businesses work, investigating problems, working with people and making a meaningful contribution, Restructuring and Recovery could be a great fit for you.
