Your work as a Rewards Analyst will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.
The Reward Analyst supports the organisation in designing, implementing, and managing reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards, and providing insights to align rewards with business objectives.
Compensation Analysis:

Analyse salary and market data to ensure competitive pay structures.

Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles against market data.

Support annual pay review processes, including budgeting and pay recommendations.
Benefits Management:

Evaluate and monitor employee benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness.

Research and propose changes to benefit schemes as needed.

Handle benefit plan administration, including enrolment, renewals, and vendor relationships.
Incentives and Reward Strategies:

Support the design and implementation of incentive programmes (e.g., bonus plans, recognition schemes).

Analyse the effectiveness of current reward strategies and recommend improvements.
Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain and update compensation databases and HR systems.

Generate reports on compensation trends, pay equity, and cost analysis.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data findings.
Policy and Compliance:

Ensure all reward programmes comply with legal requirements and internal policies.

Support audits and documentation processes related to compensation and benefits.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with organisational goals.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
