We’re looking for a talented Secretary who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Your work will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.

 

  • To provide a full secretarial service for a number of Partners in London.

  • Assisting Partners with Outlook diary management to and include room bookings at the London office and other MHA offices for client/contact meetings; travel arrangements; hotel bookings; booking restaurants; booking external venues for team or client meetings as requested.

  • Field telephone calls, take messages and take relevant action where appropriate.

  • Action invoices and liaising with team members in audit/banking/tax teams etc., as appropriate.

  • Action background research on clients/potential clients if required.

  • Amend and format proposal documents (Word / Excel) and presentation documents (PowerPoint) on request from Managing Partner and Group Chairman (or Directors/Managers where they are working for the Managing Partner and Group Chairman) - including proof-reading.

  • Action incoming post document; general filing including e-mail filing on iManage; printing, scanning and collation of documents.

  • Be available to meet and greet clients and contacts in reception if required - for events, seminars, courses, meetings etc or to take delivery of client documents.

  • Responsibility for the database management of client records and contacts on CCH/iManage systems and each year set up new folders on iManage for all relevant clients.
