Your focus will be utilising your knowledge and skills in order to confidently complete all sections of an audit/assignment, with minimal review, on time, on budget and in accordance with the Firm’s processes.

You will take responsibility for your own work as well as the work allocations of the team, ensuring all sections of work are completed to a high standard. You will encourage this mindset amongst your team.

At this level, we expect you to leverage the wider relationships that you have built and use these to identify opportunities for additional services for your clients. You should proactively discuss this with the manager/Partner.

You will also take on responsibility for training and mentoring the trainees in your department, supporting them to understand the requirements of their role and how to be successful.
