  • Managing the Early Carers recruitment team  

  • Overseeing and directing the team with targeted outreach 

  • Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed on recruitment updates 

  • Planning and delivering the early careers recruitment process 

  • Reviewing applications for assigned regions 

  • Reviewing and implementing a national work experience program 

  • Managing relationships with local University's, colleges and schools

What We’re Looking For 

  • Recruitment experience in early careers setting  

  • Line management experience  

  • Experience presenting to a large audience  

  • Ability to report on national data
